We are a network of Christians who are working to revitalise the conversation between Christians and the Australian Labor Party, for the good of the church, the Party and the nation.
We are building a local network of Sutherland Shire Christians, to strengthen our conversation with Labor representatives in the area. This is a strategic time to start, because number of electorates in the Shire are attracting attention:
- The Federal seat of Hughes has seen controversial Liberal MP Craig Kelly resign, and the election is due to be called later this year or early 2022.
- The State seat of Heathcote has been swinging towards Labor in the past few elections, and is now being rezoned to make it 50/50 or even better for Labor.
- Council elections are only a few months away.
When electorates are in play, the Labor Party is paying attention. Now is great time to come together and talk to the Party.
